Warranty

We understand that our customers don’t want to deal with third-party warranty providers, with their restrictions, exclusions, additional admin and long waits in call centre holding queues.

That's why we take responsibility for ensuring the continuity of good service by offering our own in-house warranties.

1.1 Arrow Auto Services the Seller provides a warranty for a period of three (3) months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first from the date of purchase the Warranty Period. During this time, the vehicle is warranted to be free from mechanical or electrical faults that would prevent it from operating in a normal, safe, and roadworthy condition, subject to the terms outlined below.

1.2 This warranty applies exclusively to the vehicle specified on the Sales Invoice and is valid only for the named purchaser. The warranty is non-transferable and will not apply to any subsequent owner.
